Use these contacts to route requests for official Ogle County criminal records. This privately operated resource cannot provide government records or act for a public office. The offices below maintain the original court, police, booking, and Illinois criminal-history material.

This Is Not a Government Office. Ogle County Criminal History is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve official files, conduct an official check, correct or remove records, or receive an expungement or sealing filing. Those services belong to the responsible government office.

Need an Official Record?

Direct each Ogle County records request to its actual custodian:

  • Court case files: use Ogle County criminal court cases or contact the Circuit Clerk
  • Criminal histories: contact the Illinois State Police Division of Justice Services, Bureau of Identification
  • Arrest reports: contact the law-enforcement agency whose officer wrote the report
  • Booking and jail records: contact the Ogle County Correctional Center or Sheriff's Office
  • Official Illinois checks: use an authorized Illinois State Police channel
  • Expungement and sealing: use the statewide forms and file in the proper circuit court
